Meet the doctor
Dr. Sowmya Chandrashekar, D.D.S
Dr. Chandrashekar has been practicing in the Bay Area since 2002. She has experience as the lead managing dentist for group practices and later established SCS Dental Care in 2011.
With the sole purpose to provide high-quality care for the Silicon Valley, she has taken and continues to take numerous graduate classes in orthodontics, implants, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Chandrashekar strives to implement up-to-date techniques and personalized treatment plans for every patient. She is dedicated to serving our community, friends, and family by bringing confidence to every smile that walks through her doors!
In her free-time, Dr. Chandrashekar actively volunteers at free dental clinics for the underserved population through Healing California. She also enjoys hiking, dancing (Bharatnatyam), and painting. She loves spending time with her husband and two wonderful daughters.
